يعود الثنائي (هارولد لي) و(كومار بطل) مرة أخرى بعد مغامراتهم الأولى في القلعة البيضاء، وأثناء سفرهما إلى أمستردام ليلتقى (هارولد) مع (ماريا) التى يحبها تشك إحدى الراكبات فى أن النارجيلة التى يحملها ما هي إلا قنبلة سوف يفجر بها الطائرة، وتساعد ملامحه الهندية في اعتقاد الشرطة أنهما إرهابيان فيتم القبض عليهما وإرسالهما إلى معتقل جوانتانامو . يحاولان الهرب ،وإثبات براءتهما فتتولد العديد من المفارقات المضحكة.
